Q: Who do I contact if I have a question about my recent order?

A: Call us at 1-800-772-2001. Please have your order number ready. A Paper and Envelope Specialist will be able to help you.

 

Q: Can you send me a Paper Mart brochure?

A: Of course! Contact Us to share your mailing address and/or email address. We will send one over right away.

 

Q: What are the hours of the Paper Mart retail store?

A: 8:00am – 5:30pm EST

 

Q: Do you deliver to my office?

A: Our fleet delivers within a 150-mile radius of our warehouse (including NJ, NY, PA, and CT). Outside of that range, we’ll work with you to choose the appropriate shipping method to meet your needs.

 

Q: Do you sell to individual consumers or just businesses?

A: Both! Check out our online store, visit our retail outlet, or Contact Us to speak with a Paper and Envelope Specialist about your project.

 

Q: How do I set up a corporate account?

A: Contact Us. We will collect some key information from you and provide you with a corporate account number for future use.

 

Q: I’m planning a wedding. Do you have products for me?

A: Absolutely. We stock a wide range of wedding appropriate fine papers, envelopes and cardstocks. If you have a specific paper in mind, call us at 1-800-772-2001 or Request a Sample. If you are just beginning to look, it is often helpful to visit our retail outlet to see several different types of paper and to speak with a Paper and Envelope Specialist. Q: I’m looking for unique scrapbooking supplies. Do you have products for me?

A: We find that scrapbookers love paper as much as we do! We have a wide variety of papers available that are perfect for your scrapbooking needs, including products from Smart Treasures, Masterpiece Studios, and photography papers.
